Creativity and expression have always been my language — a way of seeing beauty, meaning, and the quiet philosophy woven into everyday life. As an artist, nurturer, and Reiki Master Teacher, I am drawn to harmony, depth, and the subtle intelligence that guides us. Whether expressed through art, reflection, or presence, I am naturally called to create spaces that feel grounded, intentional, and deeply restorative.
Empathy has shaped the way I move through the world. I often sense the emotional layers beneath what is spoken — noticing nuance, energy, and the unexpressed. This awareness allows me to move with compassion, steadiness, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
My path with Reiki began as personal transformation and gradually unfolded into sacred service. Over time, it became more than a modality — it became a joyful way of being, rooted in clarity, presence, and trust in the body’s innate wisdom.
My work is grounded in both dedicated training and intuitive awareness. As an ICRT Certified Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher and Karuna Reiki® Practitioner, I honor the lineage and integrity of Reiki while allowing each session to be guided by what is felt and needed in the moment.
Reiki, to me, carries a gentle yet powerful intelligence — one that meets each person uniquely while guiding them back to balance, clarity, and inner peace. It is a quiet, loving presence that supports us through all phases of life. Whether experienced in person or at a distance, this work transcends physical boundaries, offering connection, restoration, and a sense of returning home to yourself.
My Approach to Healing
For much of my life, I believed we could fix anything. Over time, I have come to understand that healing is less about repair and more about reconnecting to the wholeness, light, and joy that already live within us.
Each session is approached with calm attentiveness, presence, and heart. Sessions are guided intuitively, drawing from Reiki, sound healing, Heal Your Heart Through Art, chakra recalibration, timeline release, cord clearing, and intuitive channeling — always honoring what your soul is ready to receive.
Each experience is tailored to your needs. After a brief consultation, you are invited to choose what feels aligned for you. Often, the session becomes a gentle blend of modalities, flowing together to support your unique healing journey.
Energy medicine supports every path — whether you are moving through life transitions, pregnancy, surgery, chemotherapy, emotional healing, or spiritual awakening. Reiki works in harmony with all healing modalities and is never contraindicated. It brings a deep sense of calm, balance, and inner peace.
For individuals or couples, I also offer support for conception and fertility as a Womb Whisperer, nurturing both reproductive and creative energy with care and intention.
No two sessions are ever the same. I follow the energy and your unique needs, creating a space where your nervous system can soften, your breath can deepen, and your energy can realign naturally.
